Effective Date: September 2026
Welcome to PalmerLindley Laundry Services. We appreciate the trust you place in us to care for your garments and household laundry.
These Laundry Care & Service Terms are designed to clearly explain how our services work, what you can expect from PalmerLindley, and what we ask of you as our customer. By submitting laundry for service, scheduling an order, or authorizing PalmerLindley to begin processing your items, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Wash • Dry • Fold Pricing
PalmerLindley Wash • Dry • Fold service is priced according to the dry weight of your laundry measured at intake.
Regular Wash • Dry • Fold service is $1.69 per pound, with a $20 minimum order. Eligible new customers may receive our introductory First Load rate of $1.49 per pound.
Promotional pricing cannot be combined with Priority/Same-Day service unless otherwise stated.
Additional services, special-care requests, and applicable add-ons are priced separately. Your final service total will be determined after your laundry is weighed and your requested services are reviewed.
2. Garment Care
PalmerLindley takes reasonable care when processing each order. Garment care labels, fabric type, color, condition, customer preferences, and other relevant characteristics may be considered when determining appropriate processing.
When necessary, an order may be separated into multiple loads to properly care for different garments or materials.
Customers should disclose any known delicate, damaged, dye-sensitive, specialty, sentimental, high-value, or otherwise unusual items before processing begins.
When we are uncertain about the appropriate treatment of an item, we may pause processing and contact you for additional instructions.
3. Dry-Clean-Only & Unsupported Items
Items labeled Dry Clean Only are not currently processed through PalmerLindley's Wash • Dry • Fold service.
If we identify a Dry-Clean-Only item during inspection, we will make reasonable efforts to separate it from the washable portion of your order and return it unprocessed.
PalmerLindley may also decline to process an item when we reasonably determine that our available cleaning methods could damage the item.
4. Stain Treatment & Whitening/Brightening
PalmerLindley may provide stain-treatment and whitening/brightening services when appropriate for the garment.
While we will make reasonable efforts to improve stains and discoloration, complete stain removal, whitening, or restoration cannot be guaranteed.
Certain stains, dyes, fabrics, finishes, previous treatments, age, or pre-existing garment conditions may limit the treatments we can safely perform.
5. Pre-Existing Conditions & Normal Laundry Risks
Laundry processing naturally involves water, cleaning products, agitation, mechanical equipment, and heat.
Even when reasonable care is used, some garments may experience changes associated with normal laundering, including minor shrinkage, fading, color loss, texture changes, or deterioration of previously weakened materials.
PalmerLindley cannot guarantee against conditions resulting from inaccurate or missing care labels, manufacturer defects, non-colorfast dyes, normal wear, weakened materials, pre-existing damage, or garment characteristics that were not reasonably identifiable before processing.
6. Pockets & Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings before submitting laundry, including money, jewelry, electronics, keys, pens, cosmetics, documents, medications, and other objects.
PalmerLindley may check reasonably accessible pockets as a courtesy during our inspection process; however, this does not replace the customer's responsibility to empty garments before drop-off.
If personal property is discovered before processing, we will make reasonable efforts to secure it and return it with the order.
7. Keeping Customer Orders Separate
PalmerLindley does not intentionally combine one customer's laundry with another customer's order.
Orders are identified and handled separately through our normal intake, processing, quality-control, and packaging procedures.
8. Laundry Care Preferences
Customers may select available detergent, Free & Clear, fragrance, fabric-softener, dryer-sheet, and other care preferences when scheduling or checking in an order.
PalmerLindley will make reasonable efforts to follow the preferences provided.
Customers with significant allergies, sensitivities, or specialized garment-care requirements should inform PalmerLindley before their order is accepted.
9. Steam & Hang
Our Steam & Hang service provides garments with a polished, wrinkle-reduced presentation before they are carefully placed on hangers.
Steam & Hang is not professional pressing or dry cleaning, and complete removal of every wrinkle or crease cannot be guaranteed.
10. Priority / Same-Day Service
Priority/Same-Day service is available only when operating capacity permits.
Availability may depend on order size, drop-off time, garment-care requirements, equipment availability, current workload, and other operational considerations.
Submitting a Priority/Same-Day request does not guarantee acceptance until PalmerLindley confirms that the requested turnaround can be accommodated.
Additional charges apply.
11. Turnaround Times
Any estimated completion or pickup time provided by PalmerLindley is based on the information available when the order is accepted.
Unusual garment-care requirements, equipment availability, order size, stains requiring additional treatment, customer-requested changes, or other circumstances may affect completion time.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the contact information provided.
12. Changes Requiring Customer Approval
If we identify an issue that could materially affect garment care, service pricing, or completion time, PalmerLindley may contact the customer before proceeding.
If we cannot reasonably determine how an item should be processed, we reserve the right to leave the item unprocessed rather than risk unnecessary damage.
13. Completed Orders & Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and retrieving completed orders within the communicated pickup period.
PalmerLindley may contact customers regarding completed orders that remain unclaimed.
A separate long-term unclaimed-property policy may apply if an order remains uncollected for an extended period. Any such policy will comply with applicable requirements and will be communicated before PalmerLindley disposes of, donates, or otherwise handles unclaimed property.
14. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrectly Processed Items
We take concerns involving customer belongings seriously.
Customers should inspect completed orders promptly and contact PalmerLindley as soon as reasonably possible if they believe an item is missing, damaged, or incorrectly processed.
PalmerLindley will review available intake information, processing records, garment condition, care instructions, and other relevant circumstances in good faith.
Any appropriate resolution will depend upon the facts and circumstances of the individual claim.
Nothing in these terms is intended to eliminate rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.
15. Items We May Refuse to Process
For the protection of our customers, team members, equipment, and host facility, PalmerLindley reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for items presenting a reasonable concern involving contamination, pests, bodily fluids, hazardous materials, excessive soil, unsafe substances, equipment damage, or another health or safety risk.
When practical, we will inform the customer that the affected item cannot be processed.
16. Customer Communication
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling or submitting an order.
PalmerLindley may use the contact information associated with an order to communicate about scheduling, intake questions, garment-care concerns, pricing requiring approval, completion, pickup, or other matters directly related to providing the requested service.
17. Respect & Customer Care
PalmerLindley believes laundry care should be personal, professional, and respectful.
We will make reasonable efforts to treat your belongings with care and discretion and to communicate clearly throughout your service experience.
We ask customers to extend the same respect to PalmerLindley team members and personnel at any location from which PalmerLindley is authorized to operate.
18. Service Locations
PalmerLindley may provide services from an authorized host location or other approved service location.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, PalmerLindley remains responsible for PalmerLindley services and customer orders. A host location does not automatically become a party to the customer's PalmerLindley service transaction merely because PalmerLindley operates from that location.
19. Changes to These Terms
As PalmerLindley grows, our services, pricing, operating procedures, and these terms may change.
The version of these terms applicable when an order is submitted or accepted will generally govern that order.
Material changes will be reflected on this page by updating the effective date.
20. Questions About Your Service
If you have questions about these terms, a garment-care concern, or an existing PalmerLindley order, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website or booking confirmation.
